• Interiority: we take the time to explore our minds and hearts, to become acquainted with our dreams and desires, to listen to what God might be saying to us.
• Community: we understand that a life of faith is nourished and sustained by community around us.
• Engaged Service: a commitment to faith requires service to the world. We recognize injustice and stand against it.

The VOICES Project seeks to promote in each student, faculty or staff member the consideration of our lives in terms of vocation or call. We want every member of the University community to listen to the voice of God speaking within our hearts, no matter what our tradition of faith. You will read more about our programs on these pages. Our diverse programs include these:

• Reflection Circles: Students, faculty and staff coming together within their departments for reflection on professional issues.
• Student internships in ministry and liturgy.
• People in the news speaking on issues of justice, or on how their spirituality has influenced their life choice.
• Retreats for student leaders.
• Grants for faculty in developing courses related to professional ethics or spirituality or faith.
